ICC Belfast to host 29th Harm Reduction International Conference next year.

Hosted in collaboration with Harm Reduction International and local charity Extern Charity, the conference will bring together more than 1,000 delegates from across the world, including leading healthcare professionals, academics, policymakers and researchers.

Across four days, delegates will explore the latest research, evidence and approaches aimed at reducing the health, social and legal harms associated with drug use and drug policy.

Along with delivering major economic benefits for Belfast, the conference will position the city globally as a hub for progressive public health policy, research and innovation, creating a lasting impact far beyond the event itself.

We are proud to welcome delegates to ICC Belfast in 2027.

A look back at The Royal Society of Ulster Architects Awards 2026, hosted last Thursday at Ulster Hall.

A fantastic evening celebrating architecture, design and innovation in the heart of Belfast was made even more memorable as Ulster Hall came to life in a different way from its usual entertainment setting, transformed into a prestigious gala dinner.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists 👏

ICC Belfast has marked a significant milestone in our partnership with Dementia NI, raising more than £20,000. 💙

Over the past year, our partnership has focused on raising awareness, enhancing staff training, and creating meaningful opportunities for public support.

As a cashless venue, we have also developed innovative ways to give back, including a new online donation option integrated into ticket purchases, as well as the installation of two tap-to-donate machines in our venues, enabling visitors to make quick and convenient contactless donations on-site.

Across our three iconic venues, we are committed to being at the heart of the community, with the community at our heart, and this partnership has reinforced that commitment. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the continuation of our partnership, allowing us to continue raising awareness for the charity and supporting those affected by dementia.
