Denise 's Classes All my fitness, aerobic, step and toning classes are at the Grove Well Being Centre. My classes are varied and I have a class to suit all fitness levels.

TRAMPOLINE AGILITY GAMES SWIMMING DANCE ARTS CRAFTS PLAY ZONE (coached by British Gymnastics qualified coaches. )
10am to 3.00 / 4.00 or 5.30pm pick up.

Absolutely fuming !!!!! Mine and other classes are being cut across the board in the leisure centres throughout Belfast that have been taken over by GLL. All my class members we need to take action email and protest. I can understand quiet classes being binned but this is amongst one of the busiest with numbers STILL at 75% a few weeks before Xmas. It's utter nonsense and the reason versus the figures don't match up. 😠😠😠😠
