We’re seeking a passionate and versatile Design & Digital Marketing Lead to deliver our digital and print communications. This part-time role (4 days/week) offers flexible working, creative freedom, and the chance to shape the voice and visual identity of two of the UK and Ireland’s most innovative cultural festivals: RENDR Festival and Belfast Photo Festival.

Location: Company Office (Belfast) and Flexible Working by Arrangement.
Term: Permanent contract.
Salary Band A: £27 - £32k pro rata - Recent Graduate or Emerging Creative (Quick Progression).
Salary Band B: £35 - £40k pro rata - Experienced, Hands on Lead (Ready to Execute & Deliver).
Hours: Part Time (4 days, 32 hours per week).
