🩺 American Doctor – Wednesday 17 June, 6.15pm
Follow three prominent physicians – Palestinian, Jewish and Zoroastrian — friends who couldn’t be more different but are bound by the shared oath to save lives.

🛘 Cutting Through Rocks – Saturday 20 June, 8.15pm
Sara Shahverdi aims to break long-held patriarchal traditions by training teenage girls to ride motorcycles and stopping child marriages. Oscar-nominated for Best Documentary.

🌙 A Fox Under A Pink Moon – Sunday 21 June, 6pm
At just 16, Soraya is already creating stunning drawings and sculptures that are as beautiful as they are dark. The film is told from a refugee’s perspective, but also from an artist’s eye.

🧪 Phenomena – Wednesday 17 June, 7pm
Captured entirely by camera with no visual effects or artifice, the unfolding awe-inspiring hyper-real imagery is elevated by music from legendary Nils Frahm and an ethereal original score by Rival Consoles.

⚙️ Ghost In The Machine – Thursday 18 June, 8.30pm
In this powerful example of documentary as public service, the film aims to interrogate both the history of AI, and it’s ties between our governments and private equity.

📹 We Are Making A Film About Mark Fisher – Wednesday 17 June, 8.15pm
The film explores solidarity, shared labour and digital connectivity, enacting what Fisher insisted was still possible – decapitalised cultural production, collective agency among the ruins of neoliberal atomisation.

The Irish folk music renaissance sees artists rediscovering an ancient tradition and taking it in unexpected directions in . Director will take part in a Q&A after the film.

☁️ An Irish Atlantic Rainforest – Thursday 18 June, 6.15pm
Follow the story of Eoghan Daltun, a leading climate activist fighting to save native Irish oak forests in the face of climate change and political indifference. The filmmakers will take part in a Q&A after the film. .film

🍃 To This I Belong – Saturday 20 June, 3.30pm
Commissioned by , Ireland’s national dance company, this film portrays new dance works created by four choreographers with communities across the island. Filmmaker will take part in a Q&A after the film.

🌲 Forever Is Now – Friday 19 June, 8.15pm
Set between 2023 and 2025, this documentary follows Irish Green Party leader and Cabinet Minister Eamon Ryan during his final 18 months in government. Eamon will be joined by Director Neasa Ní Chianáin for a Q&A after the screening.

🌵 Desert Passages – Saturday 20 June, 6pm
The heavily engineered natural systems of the American West buckle under the strain of an expanding population, and life for those on the fringes begins to unravel.

We are delighted to announce the projects selected for this year’s festival marketplace!

Thirty-five Irish, UK and international projects will pitch to international decision makers at the marketplace, taking place this year at our industry hub, The MAC. The projects were selected from our open application process, as well as our IGNITE-Docs Talent Development programme projects, and projects selected through our partnerships with Docufest Kosovo and Tempo Documentary Festival.

Amy Goodman and the filmmakers will join us for a post-show Q&A, hosted by Northern Irish journalist Aoife Moore.
