PUBLIC NOTICE OF SALE OF CHARITY LAND

Keysoe Village Hall Trust (Registered Charity Number 285885)

Notice of Proposed Disposal of Non-Designated Land

Notice is hereby given under Section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011, that the Trustees of Keysoe Village Hall Trust propose to sell a parcel of land adjacent to Rose Cottage, Keysoe Row West, Keysoe, MK44 2JG.

The land is not designated land as defined by the Charities Act.

The proposed disposal is for the sale of the freehold to a parcel of amenity land, currently laid to grass, of approximately 76.94sq m (0.019 acres) adjacent to Rose Cottage, Keysoe Row West and outlined in red on the map below.

The Trustees have obtained a report on the proposed disposal from Giles Ferris MRICS, of Simpson Eves Chartered Surveyors, a qualified surveyor/designated adviser.

The Trustees intend to sell this land to achieve the best price reasonably obtainable to further the charitable purposes of Keysoe Village Hall Trust, specifically to generate capital to fund improvements to the village hall.
