North East Essex Mind is a local independent charity providing much needed mental health services to adults, children and young people across the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts with their services including counselling, peer support and practical support. North East Essex Mind genuinely wishes to support and empower people experiencing emotional or mental health conditions making sure that no one faces mental health problems alone. The Three Peaks Challenge:
Ben Nevis in Scotland (1085m)
Scafell Pike in England (978m)
Snowdon in Wales (1345m)
Total walking distance 23 miles (37 kilometres)
The challenge is to climb the three highest mountains in mainland Britain within a timescale of 24 hours including a total driving distance of 462 miles. I will be completing this on Saturday June 24th so all the support will be greatly appreciated,
