Just letting people know the arrangements for Mic Darling’s
final journey.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday 31st March at 11am at St Andrews Church, Starbeck Harrogate HG2 7JE then horse drawn to Stonefall crematorium/ cemetery at 1pm. HG3 1DE.
Afterwards at the Railway Centre Starbeck HG2 7JB.
All welcome and musicians please feel free to bring your instruments.

Anyone wanting a lift from Bedale/Masham area please message, Pam & John will have room for another 2-3 people.

It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death of the legend Mic Darling.
Mic and Susie were great supporters and dear friends to many of our club members.

Our thoughts are with Susie and all their family at this time.

We will raise a glass to Mic at the Club tonight. RIP

Well it’s been a long time coming but I am very happy to announce that my new album Enjoy The Ride is now available to listen to on all good streaming platforms such as Amazon Music, Spotify and Apple Music as well as via YouTube. As 2025 comes to an end I just wanted thank everyone who has supported our little club, either though performing in our twice-monthly singaround, or by listening to our music and laughter.
When I took over from the late great Harvey Blogg, little did I know we'd still be going strong! Roll on 2026 and a very Happy New Year to you all. See you on Tuesday January 13 from 7.30pm for our first get together at The White Bear Hotel - Bedale.

Just in from yet another fantastic night of live music at the White Bear in Bedale. So many lovely perfomances with new and old faces.
Sad to see Ben and Tim, who have supported the club down the years, go onto pasture’s new. We wish them well.
Next singaround will be on Tuesday December 9 from 7.30 til late.

📣📣Important announcement! 📣📣
Following the uncertainty surrounding whether the Old Black Swan will remain open, we have made the decision to move the club back to The White Bear, South End, Bedale.

So we look forward to seeing you all back in The Bear from next Tuesday (13th May) 7.30pm 🎶

A very big thank you to the 20+ people who came along to play, sing and listen last night at our new venue. What a great night we all had and thanks to the Old Black Swan in Bedale for hosting.
We next meet on Tuesday 8th April from 7.30pm when we will do it all again! 🎶

New venue alert!
From Tuesday 25th March the club will move to a new venue Old Black Swan in Bedale 7.30-11pm.
