Gosh, well, we like to think we can spot great acts, and up and coming acts. Katie Spencer who played The Priston Music Festival last year, is soon to be on a big tour - which includes playing at the prestigious St George's Bristol on 27th Nov.

The fabulous Mishra are on a tour in November. But nowhere near Priston, or anywhere south, we don't think. But, very happily, they are at The Priston Music Festival on Sunday 20th Sept. Closing the main stage and, in fact, the whole thing. This is a great chance to see this amazing global folk collective. We are pleased and excited that Luke's C***r is coming back to The Priston Music Festival this year. 18th 20th Sept. Before that there is a chance to sample their fab brews at an open day at their c***r barn on Sat 12th of Sept. We will be there. Details below. There might be live music too!

For The Priston Music Festival 2026 there is a ticketed gig in the village hall (BA2 9EE). on Friday night. 18th Sept. The brilliant The Burning Glass This will be seated around tables, nibbles, bar, a great space to listen and love!
And on Sat night a noiser - dancy - free gig by two other great bands. 1 from Bristol UKGoldfinches - 1 from Bath Neirin.

The The Priston Music Festival 18 - 20th Sept. NEW POSTER - a few line-up changes.

It is unticketed! But it's £10 to park! Please car share. We have about 35 fab bands on 5 stages over the weekend. Our lineup compares well to various other small local festivals, which are ticketed at £60 - £80 or more!!. We draw upon the very vibrant Bristol and Bath music scenes and also the local villages around us. See the Festival YouTube channel for 100s of videos shot at the festival—and elsewhere—of bands who have played and will play this year. It is a small, intimate, magical little festival (we like to think!). Much of it is on hard ground around the Priston Village Hall and The Ring O Bells, so access and mobility is easy. There are bars and teas and stalls and lots of cool stuff for kids by Ecowild and others.

The festival is a charity, not-for-profit, volunteer-run. Any profit goes to village organisations such as the church and cricket club. See the festival website for all details. Priston is a small village near Bath. BA2 9EE. see https://www.priston.org.uk/festival/ for all details.
