The All in the Mind Festival is an annual event in Basingstoke run by Fluid Motion Theatre Company aimed at raising the conversation around mental health.
The festival brings together a wide range of artists, all creating work around mental health themes, as well as the local community for a day of inspiring performances about mental health.
We believe that the arts can play a huge part in encouraging positive health and wellbeing. It can also be a brilliant way of expressing your mental health. This festival seeks to provide a safe space for people to engage with mental health themes in order to help raise the conversation.
