Hi Everyone,

If you're wondering what's happening with HexaCon #2, we’ve had a busy August researching and visiting several potential venues around the Basingstoke area, looking for a bit more space than we had this year to increase our capacity, while also making sure we can offer you a great experience as attendees.

We've probably narrowed it down to a shortlist of two; they've got pros and cons but as a minimum they have rooms, tables, chairs, bars and questionable carpets!

We've got some numbers to run, a few questions to ask and a decision to make, but we should have an announcement this month.

And if you want to have any input on the next event, there's still a bit of time left to complete our survey.

Hi everyone,

I hope you've all been well and managed to get in some great gaming opportunities since HexaCon!

It's now been almost 4 weeks since the event, which begs the question; "how has it taken this long to produce a feedback form?" Probably better if we just skip past that, and focus on the fact that the form is here now!

We've had a range of informal feedback, both positive and constructive since we wrapped up, but if you have the time to complete this short survey, it will really help with the planning for HexaCon #2, and deciding which direction to take the event.

Note, we're not collecting any personal data, so all feedback is anonymous. If you do want to discuss anything specific with the organisers, just drop us a message.

Who took part in our Play to Win at HexaCon #1?

We had a great time teaching some really fun games kindly donated by Hachette Boardgames UK, Oink Games Europe, Lucky Duck Games, Stonemaier Games, Portal Games and Cardboard Alchemy; a lot of people had great fun playing them, and a few lucky people got to take them home.

Would you like to see any changes for Play to Win at HexaCon #2? Or are there any types of games you'd really like us to include?

Its now been 2 weeks since we closed the doors on HexaCon #1 😔

We're currently beavering away in the background looking at our venue options, so hopefully we'll have news soon on our plans for HexaCon #2.
