**IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION NOTICES**
As it is getting close to the day of the Fireworks Fiesta, we have some important notices to ensure safety and avoid disappointment:
TICKET AGE RANGES
So there is no confusion, age ranges regarding tic
ket pricing are as follows:
• Babies are classified as Under 3s
• Children are classified as 3 year olds to Under 16s
• Everyone else is classified as an adult
TICKETS & PAYMENT METHODS
As well as Standard Adult & Child Tickets available to buy on this site or from Hinckley Rugby Clubhouse until 12pm on the day (unless sold out), there is a specially priced Fireworks Fiesta Family 2+2 Ticket available until Friday 3rd November. Please note, all tickets owners will be able to use the fast track TICKETS ONLY lane to enter the site. Unless sold out, we will take cash payment on the gate (no cards, cheques, bank transfers etc just cash!) please be aware it could be busy so please arrive early. ARRIVAL & FIREWORK FIESTA TIMINGS
The gates will open from 5:00pm. All stalls, bars and activities will be available on opening. The Stilt Walkers and The Fire Eaters will start performing FROM around 5:45-6:00pm and the fireworks will start around 7:00-7:15pm. We would strongly advise that you plan to be on site before 5:30pm as it will be very busy. Parking will be on our existing car parks and fields. Any overflow car parking will occur on Burbage Common opposite Hinckley RFC. All parking will be managed by stewards and the local scouts. Please be respectful. SITE ENTRANCE PROCEDURES
No dogs are allowed on site. People will be turned away on the day if they are accompanied by a dog. No alcohol will be allowed to be brought on site and all bags will be checked for alcohol. Offending articles will be removed at the gate. SITE ENTRANCE SYSTEM
After baggage checking, we will run 3 entrance lanes into the event on Sunday. Two lanes will accept payment on the gate and one will be a fast track entrance for Ticket Holders ONLY. For those who have received tickets through email please ensure you have your tickets available so we can check them off against our list. There will be a small entrance hand stamp on entry. ON SITE DIRECTIONS
On entrance to the site there will be a large Site Map on the left hand side to highlight the location of activities and where the major site facilities are located. There will be a Central Control & Event Information Centre available if further information is required. There will also be a number of Site Stewards on site to answer any requests. ALCOHOL PURCHASE
Please be aware we are a Challenge 21 organisation so please have your necessary ID available if asked. And please show your entrance hand stamp if requested to do so. SITE STEWARDS & SECURITY
Site Stewards and Security will be on site all night should anyone need assistance. They are there to help. OTHER INFORMATION
Our insurance company have stipulated that there can be NO SPARKLERS on site. Sorry. Finally, please respect the site and any other attendees. We will work tirelessly to keep queues to a minimum however please observe patience if you and in one and enjoy your night.

Hinckley Rugby Club present a Firework Fiesta on November 5th not to be missed! Organised for your delight, the human senses will be tantalised by a mixture of sound, taste, smell, sight and excitement. 2 fabulous fire eating stilt walkers, a fantastic collection of food stalls, an outside bar, an outside disco (not too loud), the famous Barkers Funfair and the renowned and spectacular Jonathan's fireworks display. What better way to spend your Guy Fawkes evening! Ps. For those who want a bit of warmth, a little less noise, the sport on and a few beers, our large and recently refurbished clubhouse will be open for you to try. We are even putting on some special Spaten German Beer direct from OctoberFest for you to try! Give us a try I'm sure you wont be disappointed. We open at 5pm

UNDER AGE POLICY: Anyone who appears under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identity to prove they are over 18. This rule will be strictly enforced. DOGS: Sorry, it is a pooch free party. What can/can't I bring to the event? No alcohol, food or dogs are allowed into the event. What is the refund policy? If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. Other than that, no refunds will be given.
