🚨 Event FAQ’s - Please Read 🚨
We’ve had a lot of messages in the last couple of days about what is and isn’t permitted at the festival, so we thought it wise to put together an FAQ for you all.
First and foremost, as with every year, we will have people on the doors checking bags. These people are all volunteers, and only doing what we have asked of them, so please don’t be offended by them asking.
Doors open at 12pm, so if you arrive before expect to queue.
There will be absolutely no parking at all at the ground, and we are very keen to keep the neighbours onside, given it is such a built up housing area, so please leave the car at home.
In the venue, Roose Pioneers will be opening and running the bar, which will be fully stocked up with plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. No alcoholic drinks or glass bottles of any kind will be permitted to be brought in to the festival (hence the bag checks), so please expect to have to buy there. Feel free to bring your own food / picnics, but we will be being joined by both Southwards Street Food van, and the Milkshake Madness van later in the day.
Vendors and the bar will accept cash or card, but cash is preferred.
The crowd area is all grass, so there is plenty of seating space for everyone, but you are also welcome to bring your own chairs (as long as you take them home with you at the end of the night). Gazebos are permitted, but you will need to speak to staff once in site to be advised as to where these can be erected.
Things to bring:
Chairs
Food
Sun cream
Money
Water (it’s gonna be a hot one!!)
Things not to bring:
Your car
Alcohol
Your car
Illicit substances
Your car
Animals
Your car
Last band will finish at 9.30pm, so please be respectful of the neighbours when leaving.
Finally, as stated above, all staff are volunteers, so we take a zero tolerance stance to any form of abuse, and you will be asked to leave!
Other than that, have an amazing last ever Croftrock with us!! 🫶🏻
