Gender-affirming swap shop!

Another fantastic offering at the QFF. Come and choose from a range of donated clothes - find something that fits! And if you don’t… we have the hugely talented fashion designer Kelly Ewing on hand to make an alteration for you - there and then - to help it fit just right and ensure you walk away feeling amazing. Find our gender swap shop in the Atrium and if you have any clothes or binders to donate, please bring them along! Swap shop open 2-5pm in the atrium.

Introducing… AVAIS (Audio Visual Art Immersion System..)

Want to get technical AND creative?

Learn how to create sound for a surround-sound audio-visual art-tech system. Inspired by artist Jamie Cook’s new work ‘AVAIS’ (Audio Visual Art Immersion System), Jamie will show you how sound art pieces are made and how sound can become light! You can create your own sounds for this sculpture, using voice, instruments or anything we can find around us, and shape them into a piece that will be presented outside in the trees as part of the Q***r Futures Festival!

FEELING PECKISH…? 🤤

The sensational youth-run and operated food enterprise “Just Cook” are joining us at the festival, and wow are they serving us up a treat at their Pakora and Brownie bar…

Onion, Mixed Veg and Potato Pakoras all up for grabs! Gluten free AND vegan, these delicious crispy treats have been developed especially by the Just Cook chefs for the Q***r Futures Festival and have been made with sustainable ingredients, many of which are grown on site by the team!

You can’t get better than that… Oh, wait! They do brownies too.. guess I was wrong - it does get even better!

We are a dog-friendly event…

Feel free to bring you furry friend to the festival, as long as you clear up after them and keep them on a lead in busy areas. Please be aware of drums and loud noises due to live music. Note: animals are not permitted on the free coach or bus services, sorry.
