The team at Body Mechanics have got me back on my bike - literally!

Pr/ A slipped disc and my body overcompensating in areas it shouldn’t have, the team have offered amazing treatment, adjustments and advice to help me get back to where I wanted to be.

These screenshots were taken today and I would never have believed I would have managed it so soon.

Body Mechanics are more than just physios. They are experts who really take the time to listen and look at the whole picture not just the area of pain.

With clinics in Hersham, Walton on Thames, Guildford and Worcester Park and appointments from early morning to late evening they are there for when you need them.
