Established Drinks provides high-end cocktail masterclasses for corporate events, social gatherings and team building initiatives. Our trained bartenders will teach the audience how to mix, shake and pour the perfect cocktail in a fun, informative and professional environment. We use only the freshest ingredients and each member of the audience will have the opportunity to perfect their very own cocktail.

Wh***ey tastes different by the fire.

Embers & Drams returns to the walled garden at Brook Hall. Three wh***eys, each poured and introduced by Established Drinks, and each paired with a seasonal bite cooked over open flame by Lo & Slo The afternoon starts with a welcome drink and a walk through the estate, then a seat at the long table beside the fire.

No wh***ey knowledge needed. Bring a fellow wh***ey lover, or someone who's curious.
