Stall holder applications are now OPEN for Whispering Woods 🌿
We’re back for TWO events this year:

📅 13th & 14th June '26
📅 12th & 13th September '26

✨️ We’re looking for artists, makers, and magical traders to bring the woods to life!

✨️ We are proud supporters of artists, creators, and skilled makers, celebrating original, human (or Elf) made creations! We therefore have a strick no AI policy.

✨️ Both new and returning traders are welcome, although spots are limited and we expect pitches to fill quickly, so we strongly encourage applying as soon as possible!

Trader perks include:

🎭 Free evening entertainment (2 tickets per stall + discounted extras)

Together, we raised funds for Fire and Peace Recovery Registered Charity sc050662 and Refuweegee , helping to support both local community work and those finding new beginnings here in Scotland. 🌿

An extra-big shoutout to the wonderful traders and makers who generously donated such magical prizes. Your creativity and generosity made this possible! ✨️

Congratulations to our lucky winners! Most of our winners have already been contacted and collected their prizes, though we’re still trying to reunite a few remaining ones, so if you spot your winning ticket number, please get in touch!

🌙✨ Missing the magic of Whispering Woods? We are too! ✨🌙

It’s hard to believe our very first fayre was already 2 weeks ago — where has the time gone?! Thank you so much to everyone who joined us and helped bring the woods to life. 💚

As it was our first year, there were a few teething issues and some last-minute cancellations — including a food vendor, activity providers, and volunteers. 😬 Even so, the atmosphere was incredible, and we’re already putting plans in place to make next year bigger, better and even more magical. ✨🌿

Movement in Thyme is a local grassroots non-profit creating sustainable, resilient communities, improving mental and physical wellbeing and reducing social isolation within marginalised communities across central Scotland.

✊🏻 Sarah and Rox will be at the fayre all weekend with products from their brand new range, The Rest Protest: a series of soul soothing workshops, guides and herbal wellbeing products for heart led feelers, doers and activists.

🌿 The products you buy help to support their ongoing community work as well as their community apothecaries, where those in need can access herbal medicine products for free.

🧚🏻 Adventure into the Secret Herb Garden, for a crystal treasure hunt! The tricksy Goblins have hidden crystals all over the garden and left little riddles behind, but don’t worry - the Faeries will help guide and protect you on your quest!

🍵 Learn about the soothing properties of herbs by using a mixture to create your own bath potion or tea bag to sip at the fayre or take away with you! (By donation)

Unfortunately, the company that was set to provide axe throwing at Whispering Woods Fayre can no longer attend due to unexpected personal circumstances. We’re thinking of them at this time. 💚

We are raising money for two wonderful causes - Fire & Peace amd Refuweegee.

✨️ Fire and Peace Recovery Registered Charity sc050662 ✨️
Fire & Peace provide healing and recovery through nature, helping tor connect people to themselves and the natural world around them. Helping those with their mental health and addiction, Fire & Peace use a mix of bushcraft experiences to build a sense of strength, belonging and community.

Gerry and his team will have their own campfire community space on site, providing a mix of free (or by donation) activities, including traditional fire-lighting, stove-top cooking, and discussions around mental health with a fiery theme! (Swipe across to see times and details)

✨️ Refuweegee ✨️
Refueweegee are dedicated to welcoming forcibly displaced people to Glasgow, through a mix of welcome and emergency packs across Scotland. They provide supplies, support and a sense of belonging to help people feel at home in their new community.

Refuweege unfortunately cannot join us on site, but we will be collecting donations in our 'Spirit of Kindness' tent!

This weekend, we have three wonderful readers joining us to provide both oracle and tarot readings!

✨️ Mystical Mindset Tarot ✨️
Mystical Mindset Tarot is a Glasgow-based tarot reader and has been on a wonderful spiritual journey for 4 years now. She welcomes good vibes and an open mind and is always happy to meet new spiritually minded folks. She will be joining on all weekend, but only during the day!

✨️ Becca Tarot ✨️
Becca is a professional tarot reader and spiritual coach with 20 years of experience. She runs a tarot parlour at Barras Market in Glasgow and has established herself as a powerful and compassionate reader. She strives to provide magickal, guiding and inspiring readings to every client. She will be joining us on Saturday evening!

✨️ ✨️

The Hedgewench, will be with us all weekend, providing Oracle/Tarot readings from her fittingly Fae bell tent! She will be using a range of decks, from Faeries to Crystals, so she’s sure to have a deck matched to you!

Step into the story with Tales From The Tavern! 🎲 Hosted by Sebastian, these beginner-friendly games bring collaborative storytelling to life in a woodland shelter at the heart of the festival.

🗓️ When: Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st September
⏰ Time: 1:00 – 4:30 PM

👀 Spectators: Free to watch—just drop by the shelter and stay for as much or as little as you’d like.

Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or just curious about what the buzz is, Sebastian and Tales from the Tavern are here to guide you through roleplay, teamwork, and plenty of chaotic mischief! No prior experience needed!
