Excellent few hours tuition this morning with Bill in preparation for the River Tay next week, in search for springers. With the addition of the 2 metres rule and regular use of hand gel with Corvid 19 lurking around the corner, we still managed great results.

Dalswinton Tuition Day

I will be running another 1 day course at Dalswinton Estate.

The tuition day will be held on Sunday the 15th July 2018 from 0900-1530hrs, where we will cover the basics for beginners just starting out and up to advance for those interested in assessments and becoming a instructor.

Another brilliant day with Brian McGlashan, Harry, Lawrence, Archie and Roger. Although I must admit it was a tad hot, A first for a few of my clients with a double hander, however everyone learnt something and made some progress. A great day.

Salmon fishing at Dalswinton Estate this Friday, water has risen and I expect it to be above a foot on Friday, but more settled.
I intend to be there around 6am, the log burner and kettle will be on for your arrival.

I will email all those attending tonight with the finer details. Please bring a pack lunch and suitable clothing (it will rain).

Double Handed Development Day at Dalswinton Estate, on the banks of the River Nith from 1000 - 1500hrs. This Sunday (25th Mar 2018).

Days Schedule will cover Spey, Skagit & Shooting Heads outfits. Covering the roll cast through to single & double Spey.

Parking, Tea & Coffee and toilets facilities are available at the venue.
