Weโ€™ve made it!

Today is the final day of UWS Escape. We are so proud of everyone who has helped us on a our journey to help people become more physically and mentally stronger. We couldnโ€™t have done it without all of our wonderful participants who have been there all the way. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜Š

REMINDER: Our sign up form is still open and you can sign up until 7pm tonight and rack a couple of miles up to help a wonderful cause.

so lets talk heart rate. Each indevidual as there own working heart rate when it comes to activity. Attached is a table so for you to find your maximum heart rate you would take 220 mines your age.

so my max heart rate would be 220 - 36=184.

The best way to keep track of your heart rate while running cycling or any other physical activity would be through a heart rate monitor. keeping in mind that we have a wide range of products that are on the market so we have listed some of them.

Apple watch
Fitbit
PolorH10
Garmin.

its trial an error to find the best one although from personal experence I am a fan of the MyZone

First of all, we apologise for not being able to post distances on here and on our website but we have some amazing news for you! ๐Ÿ˜„

We are overwhelmed with the response we have had so far and thank all of the participants who have been sending in their distances through email and Facebook. So far we have managed an amazing 225.51 miles! Just in case you can't believe how far that is that's:
