🎬🦸‍♀️🎶 Calling all heroes, villains, and movie music fans! 🎶🦸‍♂️🎬

On Saturday 27th June, Ashover Brass Band presents their Heroes of the Screen Summer Concert – an evening packed with iconic music from the big screen!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to tell your friends and family about this fantastic event (and this mission is definitely not top secret! 😉).

Following the fantastic response to our recent post, we're delighted to announce that our first adult art session will take place on this coming Monday 8th June!

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, these relaxed and friendly sessions are a great opportunity to get creative, learn new techniques, and enjoy some artistic time in good company.

The bluebells around Ashover have been absolutely stunning this year 💙🌿

If you’ve not been out to see them yet, you still might have time to catch them before they disappear for another year. The woodland paths are full of colour at the moment and it’s well worth getting out for a spring walk while they’re still blooming.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our May Day Arts & Crafts event at the parish hall! 🌸🎨

It was wonderful to see the hall filled with creativity, community spirit and so many friendly faces enjoying the fantastic displays, handmade crafts and local talent on show.

Special thanks to Chesterfield Art Group for being part of the day and helping make the event such a success.

We’re so grateful to all the exhibitors, volunteers and visitors who supported the event.
