Street dance, commercial, tap, contemporary, competitive crews, and more. Each year, we host our highly anticipated annual showcase in June, providing dancers with an incredible opportunity to perform in front of audiences numbering in the hundreds. At Legacy, our vibrant community is always buzzing with an abundance of activities. From weekly classes to dance camps held during Easter, summer, and October holidays, as well as dynamic dance workshops, thrilling shows, competitions, and a range of exciting events, there is never a dull moment at Legacy Dance Company. Join us and experience the boundless energy, possibilities, and oppertunities that await you! All our crews train each week and work towards representing Legacy in street dance competitions around the UK. Competitive crews-

We’re getting ready for a brilliant night of racing, laughs and fundraising and EVERYONE is welcome! 🙌

Join us on Friday 2nd October at Coast Bar, Restaurant & Events for our Race Night, raising funds for our Legacy Dance Company competition teams! 💙

How do we even begin with this one 🥹💙

Today was Charley’s final day teaching at Legacy before she heads off to Edinburgh for university, and this one definitely hurts a little more.

I’ve taught Charley for 10 years. She was a tiny P4 when she walked into the very first class I ever taught… and somehow I’ve blinked and she’s now grown into the most incredible young woman, teacher and role model to our Legacy kids. 🥹

To go from being her dance teacher, watching her grow up through the studio, to eventually having her standing beside me teaching the next generation of dancers is something really special. I don’t think she’ll ever fully realise how proud I am of her.

Over the years she’s become so much more than a student or teaching assistant. She’s part of the family and very much the little sister I never asked for 😂💙

The studio genuinely won’t be the same without her every week, but I’m so excited for her to start this next chapter and see everything she goes on to achieve.

From that tiny P4 in my first ever class to heading off to university… where did those 10 years go?! 😭

We love you millions Charley and are ridiculously proud of you. Go smash it in Edinburgh but remember, you’ll always have a home at Legacy. 💙✨

Big confidence starts with little steps.

Little Legacy… the home of our littlest dancers! 🥹

Their first dance class is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, independence, coordination and social skills, making new friends and discovering just how much fun dancing can be. 💙

And they don’t need any experience to start! Whether they’re already performing around your living room every night 😂 or they’re a little shy and unsure about trying something new, they’re welcome exactly as they are.

The day we came to Disney for! 🥹💙

From performing on stage at Disneyland Paris to dancing through the park in the pre-parade… what an experience for our Legacy dancers! 🤯✨

Months of rehearsals and hard work all came down to this moment and we couldn’t be prouder. 💙
