This is a open invitation to anyone who would love to try out the sport, wanting to try something new or to add to their fitness routine!

It was great to once again play at The Welsh Championships as Llwchwr/Ammanford, well done to Pembroke Octopush Club as well as Cardiff and Newport Underwater Hockey and Bristol. Big thanks to all the organisers that have made today possible! 😃
