Unlocking value often requires more than just funding. It requires experience, structure and a lender willing to understand the bigger picture.

This latest completion saw Mint Property Finance provide a £725,000 refinance facility secured against a detached property and additional land linked to an ongoing residential development in Kent.

With the development already underway and multiple moving parts involved, the transaction required careful consideration around security, exit strategy and ongoing works.

By working closely with all parties, we were able to structure a solution that repaid the existing lender while giving the borrower the flexibility needed to continue progressing the development.

This is specialist lending done properly.
