We’re so excited to welcome you and your dancers to Amber Valley Dance Festival 🎉
Our aim is to deliver a fun, positive, and well-run event where children can perform, compete, and feel proud of themselves ❤️

To help us create the best possible experience for everyone, we ask all families and supporters to keep the following in mind 👇

✨ Kindness, Sportsmanship & Respect ✨
Amber Valley Dance Festival is a competitive event, but it’s also a community experience.

We ask that everyone:

📍 Encourages dancers to be kind, inclusive, and supportive of one another 🤍
📍 Celebrates achievements with humility and grace 🌟
📍 Helps create an atmosphere where every child feels welcomed and valued

Your support makes a huge difference to the confidence and enjoyment of all performers.

🙌 Respect for Volunteers, Staff & Adjudicators 🙌
Our Festival relies on a dedicated team of volunteers, organisers, and an experienced adjudicator.

Please:
📍 Treat all staff and volunteers with courtesy and appreciation
📍 Follow instructions from Festival officials
📍 Respect the adjudicator’s professional decisions, which are final

Working together helps the Festival run smoothly and on time 👍

🚭🚫 IMPORTANT: NO SMOKING OR VA**NG ON SITE 🚫🚭
This rule is set by the venue and must be followed without exception.

📍 The entire site is strictly non-smoking and non-va**ng
📍 This includes v**es, e-cigarettes, and all smoking products
📍 Anyone wishing to smoke or v**e must leave the site completely and go to the roadside

⚠️ Venue staff have the authority to remove anyone seen smoking or va**ng on site.
⚠️ If this happens, we are unable to challenge or overturn their decision.

Please help us by following this rule carefully — it’s essential for the Festival to continue using this venue 🙏

🏫 Respect for the Building & Grounds 🏫
We ask everyone to:
📍 Use bins and help keep the venue clean and tidy 🗑️
📍 Respect changing areas, toilets, and shared spaces
📍 Park considerately and follow site guidance
📍 Ensure children are supervised at all times

🐶 Please note: no dogs on site, except registered assistance animals.
