A couple of days of much-needed recovery for everyone involved after an epic 3rd edition of THE ROC Scotland on Saturday. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The weather was on our side and ROC athletes were on cracking form as always, taking on Loch Leven, the captivating rugged bike route through the glens and of course the UK's highest mountain; Ben Nevis.

Looking through the socials, everyone has a success story, whether they completed the full course, or had to come to terms with a DNF. The positivity, camaraderie and personal rewards has been exceptional.

A massive THANK YOU to every ROC athlete who took on Scotland this year — and to so many of you who have been part of the entire ROC Trilogy.

You are one hell of a bunch of human beings, and we take huge pride in having so many of you believe in the THE ROC concept and continue to come back for more
