Yes, it's nearly time! Rejoice!
As we're getting VERY close to the event, we wanted to share a few very important hot topics with all Gardeners coming along. Any more questions you might have, just pop them below and between ourselves and other members of this fine and dastardly community we're sure you'll get an answer very damn quickly...
🌻 Car parking is available online, right now, in advance. You will actually save a few ££ by ordering in advance rather than paying as you arrive, so best head to http://bit.ly/carparkSGP to get that sorted now.
🌻 Camper van passes are sold out... honestly, they really are! We're not bullsh*tting you, we promise. We're not being sexy or coy... there is no space left in the camper van field.
🌻 You can view / print your e-tickets by logging into your account on The Ticket Sellers. We do not post these to you! Please check your account before emailing us.
🌻 We are not accountable for any tickets not purchased through us / The Ticket Sellers. If the name on the ticket you buy second hand is not yours... you may not get into the festival. Don't take any unnecessary risks.
🌻 If multiple tickets are in your name, and you are checking in with the rest of your party... that is fine. As long as a valid ID is shown by the person's name printed on the ticket(s)... you are fine.
🌻 The deadline for changing names on ticket has passed as we've already communicated. This is for security and a myriad other reasons. As the festival begins in just a few days, sorry we cannot change any more names on tickets.
🌻 Yep, you can leave the festival and come back should you be staying off site. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you SCAN YOUR WRISTBAND on your way out. If you do not, you will not be able to get back in.
🌻 Gate opening times are:
Thursday 20th July: 12pm – 10pm
Friday 21st July: 10am – 10pm
Saturday 22nd July: 10am – 10pm
Sunday 23rd July: 12pm – 6pm
Monday 24th July 10am – 4pm
🌻 We have a full programme of entertainment, and a few little surprises, for the Sunday.
🌻 The alcohol guidelines are for the whole festival, not per day.
🌻 If you booked travel via Big Green Coach and have any questions about that.. best to drop them a line before us, as we won't have details of your personal travel to the Garden.
🌻 There are water points and showers dotted around the festival site, and also we have Pootopia joining us again if you'd like to pay for a nicer plop.
🌻 Yes, there are cash machines on site.
🌻 Boutique has sold out! Sorry if you missed our upgrades here, but Rent A Tent is currently available from http://bit.ly/rentatentSGP if you're unable to bring your own accommodation under your arm.
