The project aims to bring energy to refugee camps, primarily renewable, to make them self-sufficient over time. This year, it will do so in the Kenyan refugee camp of
Kalobeyi. The energy will also be used to power a school in the camp, where we will also provide PCs and internet access for full-stack IT courses. At the end of the year-long courses, students will be placed in companies, including African ones, with fully remote contacts, so they can contribute their salaries directly to their families in the area. It is with great sorrow that we say goodbye to David Maria Sassoli, an indispensable point of reference for the European Union. The European Youth Event has ended! 🇪🇺 We at One hour for Europe with emotion and tenacity have exhibited, within the European Parliament in Strasbourg, our projects on the Europe that we imagine. 💡
