A strip of light finding an old iron handrail. Moss learning the shape of stone, one soft green breath at a time. Linen curtains catching a breeze that has nowhere to be. A single fig, warm in an open palm.

This is what slowness looks like: not a grand view, but the quiet architecture of a moment. The texture under your fingertips. The shadow that moves across the wall while you’re not watching.

Look closer. The wild sky is in the small things too.

The kitchen is the beating heart of | UNDER THE WILD SKY | 🍅

Fresh, seasonal, Mediterranean, and always a little local market magic. We go every week to buy straight from the growers (yes, we know their names and chat).

Long tables. Cosy light. Sharing plates, sharing stories, making memories; one savoury breakfast, one tomato salad, one bowl of lemon pasta, one sun-drenched apero platter at a time.

Everything homemade, everything with love, and of course, served on the most beautiful handmade ceramics because why wouldn’t we?

Vegetarian? Gluten-free? Allergy?

Not a problem, just tell us. We’ll feed you well either way 💛

A 200-year-old pilgrim’s resting place is now yours to unplug in. 🌿

7 bedrooms, 15 beds, 2 hectares of wild gardens, a pool for slow afternoons, and a kitchen built for cooking (or being cooked for), this house holds space for up to 15 souls at a time.

Bring your own ceramics studio moment, or roll out the mats in our (yoga) studio. Come as you are, leave the rest at the door.
