Praana Wellness has been growing and evolving, changing and adapting since 2012 when Amanda ( & Fraser) began the loving restoration of this petit distillery.

Counselling Psychotherapist based in South West France with a virtual health & wellness community specialising in the health and well-being of families and adolescents particularly. To allow for the current instability in our world Amanda has developed a private online members community to promote stability and enable support globally for the clients of Praana Wellness whether they are in our virt

ual world or are able to visit us. The therapeutic centre is open at certain times between April and October and also the petit chateau is available for rent to families and friends on a weekly basis through July and August. Amanda combines traditional counselling psychology with her yoga and Ayurveda training and offers a unique and compassionate approach to counselling her clients whether face-to-face or online. She particularly specialises in work with expatriate families and their adolescents, particularly blended families and cross-cultural families. She works closely with people managing addiction, eating disorders and also adoptees.

I think I’m going through the biggest leap of faith in terms of business development right now… all the usual doubts and insecurities come up…

But, if I don’t do it I’ll never know and, there’s never been a better time.

Fourteen years after setting up Praana Wellness we are introducing my own model of therapy Mindful Coherence, merging it with the Praana Wellness brand and turning it into something a little special and most importantly making support and therapy instantly accessible via our brand new website on the 15th February.

This year we are focusing on the Parenting Adolescents series - 6 ebooks and corresponding webinars. Parents can choose which they prefer. Or, you can access both.

I’m very excited to be able to share this development with you and, I would welcome any parents and carers of pre-teens and teens to connect to us via social media and sign up for our free webinar in March. The free webinar will explain clearly what you can gain from buying the ebooks or attending the webinars.

Change is afoot for families but we still have a way to go and it’s daunting. We want to support you in real time and make professional support accessible quickly without you having to sit on waitlists.
