It all began with a strong bond and a shared commitment to teaching at an art and design school, brought together by a passion for JEWELLERY.
A link was forged with the creation of POPatelier BIJOU at EnsadLimoges in 2005, driven by a director who was keen to establish a workshop modelled on that of the HEAR in Strasbourg.
A dialogue through the exchange of skills, bridging theory and craftsmanship, a back-and-forth between Alsace and Limousin bringing together students and teachers.
Parcours Bijoux 2026 is an opportunity to come together for an exhibition at La Galerie des Ateliers in Paris, conceived as a given moment showcasing jewellery created by current students and recent graduates. Métal Pi(è)nce Rouge offers a fresh perspective that explores material, technique and object, through jewellery sets that interact with the body and, in a non-verbal way, with society.

Having distanced themselves from the abundant literal references to the figures of angels and demons in the art world, the 10 artists in this exhibition have chosen instead to explore the contrasts these concepts evoke in terms of contrasting forms, colours, postures and movements.
They also hope to create a dialogue with the wearer of the jewellery, who might identify with it or laugh at it.

N°37 SUZANNE SOMOGYI, A LEGACY OF CONTEMPORARY FRENCH JEWELRY at Galerie Amira Sliman

Exhibition until 24th October
Open from Tuesday to Saturday
Opening hours 11:30-7pm
Galerie Amira Sliman Jewellery, 9 rue Ramey, 75018

This project was born from an encounter with the Laurette. Early in their jewelry maker careers in Paris, they crossed paths with Courrèges, exhibited with J.Vendome and Dinh Van. They shared with me a part of the fascinating yet little-known history of contemporary French jewelry.
Among the figures of this scene, Suzanne Somogyi holds a singular place. I met her at a joint exhibition a few months before her passing at the age of 49. Her creative energy left a profound impression on me. She left behind a rich and powerful body of work, yet it remains largely overlooked.
The exhibition, is a tribute to her but, more broadly, a questioning : What remains of these pioneers of contemporary jewelry in France when media attention is lacking?

Following their stay in Japan, Sophie Hanagarth, Brune Boyer, and Graziella Antonini came together to share the images of their respective visions of Japan. This exhibition offers an opportunity to share the imagination that this country evokes in each of them. Sophie Hanagarth and Brune Boyer both employ technical processes that generate forms and symbols; Graziella Antonini, on the other hand, captures images that bear witness to the coexistence of two worlds that intertwine and influence one another. Here, they present an installation that connects their experiments, reflections of their striking discoveries within Japanese culture—past and present, popular or more scholarly. Jewelry, objects, and images from their journey are brought together to share their perspectives on this country where mastery and letting go intertwine. In this way, they aim to construct a narrative that reflects their vision of the “ah! side of things.

In Between explores the transposition of architectural design principles to the human body : the body becomes a construction site for the designs.
Each creation is imagined as a dialogue between the area of the body it inhabits and the urban context. It is shaped by the city it represents, drawing inspiration from its history, architectural identity, and traditional materials.
Through shifts in scale, morphological parallels, and analogies between materials, these two worlds converge to generate a hybrid formal language at the intersection of anatomy and architecture.
In Between investigates a liminal territory, generating embodied structures situated between wearable objects and micro-architecture.

N°10 KULUBÁ, A SOLOSHOW BY PIERRE CHARPIN at Esther de Beaucé

Exhibition until 14th October LAST DAY
Opening hours 10:30-6pm
Galerie Minimasterpiece 16 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007

Pierre Charpin—an internationally renowned French designer and visual artist—has been exploring the world of jewelry since 2018 in collaboration with MiniMasterpiece.
For the Kulubá collection (named after a Mayan archaeological site discovered in 1939, whose aerial view, with its countless intersecting alleys, evokes the design of his jewels), Pierre Charpin has retained the design of a freehand line, a way of accentuating the tactile dimension of the object one is about to grasp—a necklace, brooch, or earring.
From the irregular grid emerges a series of small spaces, of varying sizes, left empty or filled with color. In the areas filled with bright or darker colors, Charpin creates a poetic rhythm, a free composition where the eye explores the labyrinth. In the empty spaces, conversely, Charpin invites us to freely complete the sequence: the surface of fabric or skin will complete the composition.

VALEUR AJOUTÉE N°35 Bijouterie Joaillerie Ecole Boulle

Exhibition 1-16th October
Open Monday - Friday during school days
Opening hours 5-8:30pm
Ecole Boulle, 9-21 rue Pierre Bourdan, 75012

The exhibition, Valeur ajoutée, brings together graduates from the last four classes. The pieces raise a simple yet fundamental question: What is jewelry? What is its purpose? Objects, texts, and images interact within the space to bring individual reflections and perspectives to light. Current students will present a video produced in collaboration with the DNMADE program in Saumur, extending these inquiries through a series of filmed responses. The exhibition does not seek a single definition, but rather aims to showcase a diversity of sensitive perspectives, critical stances, and personal viewpoints on contemporary body adornment. It invites viewers to understand jewelry as a space for freedom of thought and self-expression for the students of this school, which carries on the legacy of Nicolas Flamel’s renowned jewelry program.

With (in viewing order) Faustine Égé, Noëili Michel, Maud Machabert, Gabrielle Cadon, Ema Phalipou, Éve Celerier, Maud Machabert, Guillaume Vivier. Clément Janneau, Elise Madou.

Estuaire. A vast expanse of water that crosses the territory and punctuates both their daily lives and their creativity, the St. Lawrence River inspires and unites the approach of these three Québec artists. A metaphor for their formal research, the estuary is the place where fresh and salt water mingle, between river and sea. It is the call of the open sea, where their artistic practices and studio explorations meet and take shape around ceramics and metals, as well as collected, shaped, and repurposed elements. Their attraction to the tides, drifting ice, and the artifacts washed up on along the shores are fragments of memory expressed in the form of jewellery.

SOFT ARMOUR n°24, only this week-end left to see it!

Exhibition 8th-11th Oct
Opening hours 11am-7pm
Galerie Bleu Sedaine, 57 rue Sedaine 75011

With Karin Roy Andersson Klara Brynge Jenny Jansson Hanna Liljenberg

This exhibition brings together contemporary jewellery artists around a shared inquiry. How do we navigate making during times of existential tension, between anxiety and hope in everyday life. Our present is marked by uncertainty and despair, yet also by hope for something more luminous to come. Within this context, making emerges as a site of resilience, a way to act, respond, and transform.
The body is approached as a space of both vulnerability and resistance. In the exhibition Soft Armour, jewellery acts as a medium capable of articulating emotional turbulence, expressing solidarity, and embody what cannot always be spoken. Through material, form, and bodily proximity, the works explore how the future takes shape within us. Jewellery becomes a dialogue between the intimate and the collective, and a demonstration of the transformative power of making.
