We’re Expanding Our Team at Lake Ruby France! 🇫🇷

Please share 🌎📱🤝

We’re looking to expand our team at Lake Ruby France, a beautiful carp fishing lake in the heart of the Champagne region of France.

We’re currently recruiting for either of the following:
* Permanent full time bailiff long term.
* Bailiff for the remainder of the season.
* Bailiff on a temp basis for short term cover.

This might suit someone looking for full time work on a long term basis, or someone looking for a short term period of a few weeks or months.

We are considering a single person(s), or a couple.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys the outdoors, meeting people, and being part of a friendly, hardworking team.

The role includes:
🎣 Looking after anglers during their stay
🍳 Preparing and cooking breakfast and evening meals for guests
🌿 General lake, grounds and facility maintenance
🧹 Keeping the fishery clean, tidy and running smoothly
😊 Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Friendly and approachable
✔ Reliable and hardworking
✔ Able to work independently and use their initiative
✔ Happy to cook for groups of anglers and take pride in providing good home-cooked meals
✔ Willing to learn if not already experienced

📍 Location: Lake Ruby France, Champagne Region, France
📅 Start Date: As soon as possible

Previous experience in fisheries, hospitality, catering or customer service would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

PLEASE SHARE 🔑🗝️

We are planning in the annual Lake Ruby work party date, any help would be appreciated.

All anglers will receive free fishing & free meals.

📅 Saturday 14th - Saturday 21st November.
🍳 Breakfast at 08:30/09:00 each morning.
💪🪚 Working hours, after breakfast to 16:00h.
🎣 Fishing either side of work.

We’ll be continuing to thin out the tree margins along the bank, along with a few other general lake maintainance jobs.

Anyone who can’t do the full week, your more than welcome to attend anytime between the above dates.

Any tools like chainsaws, brush cutters ect would be helpful, but obviously we do have some already onsite.

🪏 Any digger drivers/operators available, this would be a bonus as we have a digger onsite.

I will probably have 1 or 2 spaces in my car travelling from the Dover area if you want to travel down with us .
