A fantastic but stressful 2 weeks at Army School of Physical Training, however I have come away with my Advanced PTI qualification along side Pete Newman and J Ducky Duczak completing his basic.

Looking forward to some more interesting PTI sessions now 😈😂

Now a week off to recover before Wales for 2 weeks and then on another course 🤦‍♂️

Lovely chilled day today, a dog walk with and then a healthy lunch (well almost) 😅
Back to training tomorrow, nice ride followed by a run and then a PT session in the evening. 💪💪

I know that there isn’t such a thing as bad weather, just not prepared but this wind 🌬️ makes cycling, running and walking some what tricky 😂before we know it we will be playing in snow ⛄️

An interesting first couple of laps with the main pack holding together and a small breakaway of 3-4 riders.

I’m considering becoming a dealer / installer / service centre for Autoterm.store UK, who would be interested in a top quality diesel van or boat heater ? They also do water heater systems so if you have a shower or hot water tap then you could have a complete neat and tidy system !!
