Held in the heart of the south of France, our immersions take place at Château de Montcuquet - a medieval castle overlooking one of the most beautiful villages in the country.
A space filled with history, stillness, and a kind of magic that invites you to slow down and truly listen.
This is more than a training space. It’s a home. Founded by Sunshine Ross, whose family château becomes a place of gathering, learning, and deep inner work.

Designed in a hybrid format, you begin your journey online at your own pace, then come together for a 2-week immersive experience inside the château.
