The sun shone and the wind blew in La Baule, France, last weekend as an international fleet of 14 Flying Phantoms took to the water as part of the Foiling Bay event from 19-21 May.

The sun shone and the wind blew in La Baule, France, last weekend as an international fleet of 14 Flying Phantoms took to the water as part of the Foiling Bay event from 19-21 May.

Although the scores from La Baule will not count towards the overall results of the Flying Phantom Series this season, it gave the fleet the chance to test their mettle ahead of the first scoring regatta, which takes place in Madeira Islands from 29 June – 2 July during Act 3 of the 2017 Extreme Sailing Series™

Day 4 - The last day - Aujourd'hui était le dernier jour de la Foiling Bay, on en a pris plein les yeux! Avec le King of the bay dont le principe de cette épreuve unique au monde est de réunir tous les supports volant sur un même parcours, mais elle réunit également différentes générations, que ce soit les concurrents ou les bénévoles, cet évènement est avant tout une réussite tant sur le plan sportif que sur le plan humain. And the winner is.. Julien Villion - Navigateur. Thank you so much for your participation and your show was amazing!! See you next year !
