For the first time in its history, the Ballon d’Or ceremony took place at The London Palladium , bringing some of the biggest names in world football to the capital for one of the sport’s most prestigious nights.
PRG France and PRG United Kingdom worked together to support 21 Production (Production company, a subsidiary of the L’Équipe Group) , with the UK team supplying additional lighting, LED screens, projection and media server equipment, alongside specialist crew.
The LED setup featured an 18-metre-wide, 6-metre-high curved screen, utilising a 7.8mm/3.9mm product, alongside a header screen. Content playback was powered by GX-3+ media servers, while UDX-4K projectors played a key role in delivering content to the audience. The Lighting rig featured Robe T1 and T2 Profiles, Martin MAC Aura PXLs, and ACME Pulsar S2 and Kyalami fixtures, among others. Astera Quick punch, Titan Tubes, JDC-1 Burst and our new Eaglestrike fixtures were a key highlight of the performance by French Montana on the red carpet.
