International Workshop : “Cities and Skateboarding”
Connect is proud to partner with ESSCA School of Management to present the second edition of the international Humanities and Social Sciences workshop dedicated to skateboarding and its interactions with the city.
This workshop invites PhD candidates, doctoral researchers, academics, practitioners, urban planners and public stakeholders to meet, share their work, and collectively reflect on contemporary urban issues linked to skateboarding. Urbanism, mobility, inclusion, public space, ecological transitions, city-making and social phenomena are among the themes that may be explored.

Deadline for submissions: June 30, 2026.
