Dear friends,

It’s time to wrap up. And as every year when we close Pélico on Monday morning, we get the chills. The empty space, as it is, can seem just a regular, not very appealing town hall room. Same thing with the Parc des Cordeliers: once emptied, it is just this cute, fresh, green spot to hide from the summer heatwave. And it looks so small.

It is you, Anduze Jazz Dancers, who fill Anduze with life and laughter, emotions and excitement, with stomps and claps, with a magical vibe and groove.

We spent the whole year imagining how the spaces would transform once you’d be there, but you always exceed our expectations. Artists inspiring the participants, dancers connecting to each other, musicians making us shake and an army of volunteers without whom nothing would be possible. Pélico, the gym, each studio, the streets, the river… They are all suddenly enlightened by your presence, and they become the perfect frame for the most beautiful encounters.

Anduze Jazz Dance Camp is about humanity, about connecting to others through Jazz and rhythm and music, and of course it wouldn’t exist as it is without this solid connection we create every year with the town hall and with the music festival . If the park becomes this gigantic cultural crossroad, it is thanks to them.

As every participant, we too leave Anduze every year with shiny eyes that can still not believe everything they’ve just seen. You don’t know how lucky and privileged we feel by the fact that you all decided to follow us in this Anduze Jazz Dance Camp journey.

☀️ Pour clore une semaine de folie, on te propose un dimanche de folie… mais progressif ↗️ !
18H : On chill ⛱, on danse 💃🏽, on se rafraichit 🍺 avec un DJ set swing dans la cour intérieure du Garage.
19H30 : 🎵 On se remet doucement dans le feu de l’action avec un concert jazz manouche par le Thébault trio sur la terrasse extérieure du Garage.
21H : 🔥🔥 On donne tout pour le grand concert de clôture sur le Plan de Brie avec le groupe explosif The Yellbows, entre énergie rock et sonorité brass band ! 💥

☀️ To end a crazy week, we’re offering you a crazy Sunday... but progressively ↗️!
6 p.m.: We chill ⛱, we dance 💃🏽, we refresh 🍺 with a swing DJ set in the interior courtyard of the Garage.
7:30 p.m.: 🎵 We slowly get back into the heat of the action with a Gypsy jazz concert by the Thébault trio on the outdoor terrace of the Garage.
9 p.m.: 🔥🔥 We give everything for the big closing concert on the Plan de Brie with the explosive group The Yellbows, between rock energy and brass band sound! 💥

👀 Cette année, on organise un petit moment convivial de rencontre entre les profs, les bénévoles, les stagiaires et l’équipe organisatrice 🤩🤩.

Ça aura lieu jeudi 25 à 16H à la salle Pélico. Après une petite présentation de cette édition par le staff, tu auras droit à une boisson gratuite et tu pourras faire connaissance avec les gens du festival sur fond musical (libre à toi d’investir la piste 💃🏽🕺🏾) mais attention, tu enchaineras directement avec tes deux premiers cours à partir de 17H 🦾!!

👀This year, we are organizing a small friendly meeting between teachers, volunteers, partcipants and the organizing team 🤩🤩. It will take place Thursday the 25th at 4 p.m. in the Pélico room.

After a short presentation of this year’s edition, you can get a free drink and you will be able to get to know the people of the festival with musical background (feel free to dance ! 💃🏽🕺🏾) but remember that you’ll get your two first classes right after that from 5 PM 🦾!!

Comment arriver à Anduze depuis la gare de Nîmes-Centre ?

📍Nîmes-Centre est la gare TGV la plus proche d'Anduze.

🚌 En plus des trajets proposés par le Bus 112 (check les horaires sur notre site web) nous allons proposer 3 trajets en minibus. (Prix : 5 euros)
