Vallitsevasta tilanteesta johtuen Crest - PFT 3 turnaus on peruttu. Tarkastelemme tilannetta uudemman kerran kun maailmanlopusta on selvitty. Pahoittelut ottelijoille, katsojille kuin myös tukijoille tilanteesta.

Unfortunately we've decided to cancel the Crest - PFT 3 event. We'll look into it again after we've survived the apocalypse.

Unfortunately for reasons everyone is aware of we had to postpone the event once again. The new date is May 29th 2021 which means that we've had to postpone the event now for more than a year.

We truly hope that the world has found it's way back to normal (or normal enough) by the time of the new date and this time actually are able to see it happen.

Tapahtuma on siirretty suosiolla ensi vuoteen. Korona ja sen tuomat rajoitukset ovat vielä niin pinnalla, ettei nähty järkeä enää yrittää järjestää tapahtumaa vuonna 2020.

Ostetut liput käyvät normaalisti myös uudessa tapahtumassa. Mikäli uusi päivämäärä ei käy ja haluat rahat takaisin, alla olevasta linkistä löytyy ohjeet palautukseen.

Crest - Professional Fighting Tournament karsinnan LA 8.8 tulokset:

1.Konsta Koivisto voitti Olli Varjen pisteillä
2.Riku Leinonen voitti Juha Leinon pisteillä
3.Joonas Uusi-Autti ja Konsta Koivisto otti tasurin
4.Santeri Soranta voitti Juha Leinon takakuristuksella
5. Joonas Uusi-Autti voitti Olli Varjen triangelilla (varmisti 15sek ennen matsin loppua lopetusvoitolla lohkovoitoin, pistevoitto olis merkinny tasapisteitä Konstan kanssa ja kun niiden keskenäinen matsi oli tasuri niin ne olis ottanu lohkofinaalin finaalin säännöillä)
6.Riku Leinonen voitti Santeri Sorannan.

Joonas Uusi-Autti voittoon A-lohkosta neljällä pisteellä ja Riku Leinonen B-lohkosta samalla pistemäärällä.

Finaalissa Joonas Uusi-Autti kuristi Riku Leinosen selästä.

Joonas Uusi-Autti pääsee ottelemaan siis lopputurnaukseen jota joudumme valitettavasti siirtämään toistamiseen Vantaan kaupungin asetettua uusia Koronarajoituksia. Uusi päivämäärä ilmoitetaan heti kun saamme sen neuvoteltua.

The Crest - Professional Fighting Tournament qualifiers will take place next week on Saturday August 8th at Crest - Professional Fighting Center Helsinki.

Pyry Sulonen was previously on the card but had to drop out due to Covid-19 quarantine. Fortunately we were able to book the tough as nails grappler Olli Varje from Combat Society Helsinki to replace him.

We have unfortunate news.

Elvira Karppinen had to pull out from the fight so we were forced to cancel this ladies super fight.

We will work hard to find suitable replacements and preferably women too.

We worked hard to find an entertaining pair for the second adult superfight, and we're happy to announce a female match with none other than Finland's own Elvira Karppinen from 10th Planet Tampere against the hungry up-and-comer Eva-my Persson from Sweden.

Ellu is well known to the Finnish audience, having won everything in Finland and Europe and placing 3rd in the ADCC Worlds 2019. She's very dangerous from closed guard, and has really sharp leg locks. If Eva-my lets Ellu grab her legs it's going to be a difficult evening for her.

Now if Ellu didn't need much introduction for the local audience, Eva-my is probably only known in Finland by hardcore grappling fans. As a purple belt (currently a brown belt) she won the IBJJF NOGI Europeans and NOGI Worlds with the majority of fights won by submissions. The Dynamix representative is no stranger to super fights either, being 2-0 on her super fights. She's also three-time ADCC Swedish champ, and a European vice champ. Eva-my brings to the table a submission-oriented style which is exactly what we're looking for and what the audience loves.

Will Elvira's experience be too much for the up-and-coming Eva-my, or can she surprise the Finn?

And who doesn't love a classic Finland vs. Sweden match anyways?

Miika Suvanto

Representing the legendary Finnfightersgym, Turku, Miika Suvanto brings to the table his
experience and great competition routine which he believes will bring him an advantage in the tournament.

Miika is one of the biggest - if not THE biggest - competitor of the tournament. If he can nail
the rehydration after his weight cut, he'll have a weight advantage over his fellow competitors to help him out with his strong wrestling and grinding style that's worn out many previous
adversaries on the competition mats.

The "Lumberjack" has been a regular face on the podiums at almost every major competition these last few years. The latest achievments include 2018 & 2019 ADCC national titles and 2019 NOGI national titles from his weight class as the open weight class.
