Prices & Floor plans. We offer 1 year free at the cost of 3 years contract for 2021 - 2022 with conditions and agreement to extension of the period, In the case of a natural disaster - pandemic (egs COVID19) or any other reason if the event is postponed. The overview below gives you a rough basis for calculating the costs of your trade fair presentation. You will find details of the exact costs of technical services on the trade fair guideline booklet upon registering for the event. Corner stand (two sides open) - EUR 70/sqm
End stand (three sides open) - EUR 100/sqm
Island stand (four sides open) - EUR 120/sqm
The minimum stand size is 16 sqm and onwards. Price above is for the entire Trade fair & Exhibition time basis of a sqremeter. Please note that additional costs will be charged for technical services that are ordered for the fair, for example, for electrical installations, water supply and drainage, waste disposal, telecom installations, telephone charges, etc. These services are on request. The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair is EUR 4.00 per sqm of stand space for a day. The participation fees include the rental of the exhibition space and extensive services provided by C.L.M., such as consultation and planning advice, as well as publicity work, organization, technical assistance. All prices indicated above are net, and are subject to statutory VAT
