Over the past few weeks, preparations around the estate have been in full swing. Our terrace tent has been put up, table decorations carefully prepared, and vines added to our ceremony arches. Every detail is now in place for what promises to be an unforgettable 2026 wedding season.

We are incredibly thankful to everyone who has helped prepare Villa Stenberg for all the beautiful celebrations ahead.

This winter has felt very special at Villa Stenberg. During the first months of the year, snow and ice transformed our estate into a true winter wonderland ❄️

One January morning the temperatures dropped so low it felt like Lapland. With snow weighing heavily on the trees, the views from our grilling hut reminded us why winters in southern Finland can be just as magical as those in the north ✨

Both the Villa and the Beach House offer a luxurious escape from everyday life - whether for a winter holiday, a company retreat, or a celebration of any kind.

Winter can be a quiet, reflective season when new intentions for the year take shape. But it can also be wonderfully active: snowy walks through the forest, skiing across the frozen lake, or even a horse ride through the winter landscapes around Lohja.

Winter has covered Villa Stenberg in a soft blanket of snow ❄️

The lake has turned to glass, the air is fresh and quiet, and the grounds feel beautifully peaceful.

January is the perfect moment to come together, reset your mind, and find focus — whether in our mountain grilling hut, after a refreshing ice-hole dip followed by the sauna, or while unwinding in the outdoor hot tub.

We are planning an exciting season ahead, full of new possibilities and unique experiences!

✨ Christmas is almost here — the perfect time to slow down and soak it all in ✨

2025 has been magical at Villa Stenberg 💛 From beach weddings and lively barn parties to cozy moments in our orangerie, we’re so grateful to everyone who stayed, celebrated, and created memories with us.

This year also marked some exciting developments across the estate. We introduced a new beach wedding spot, completed the full renovation of the barn and finished the landscaping around it — including the addition of new outhouses. Also our orangerie was upgraded with heating and a fireplace, making it an inviting space for celebrations all year round.

Next week, we’ll be welcoming guests from India, Australia, and Finland to celebrate Christmas at Villa Stenberg 🌏🎄
