Message from the brothers! Happy international mens day one and all, hope to see you pon this sattaday massive!

On this International Mens Day we the soundmen from Equal Share, Salamari and Foundation HI-FI want to make a statement:

True masculinity is sharing, respecting and caring!

As fathers, brothers, uncles, godfathers and sons we don't tolerate any kind of harrassment or discrimination in our events!
Soundsystem session needs to be safe for each and everyone regardless of race, s*x, body type or s*xual orientation. This is required from both the attendees and staff.
We want to encourage people from all walks of life to get involved in the soundworks!
If you have experienced or notice any inappropriate behaving in our events do alert us and we will act. We all are one!

Oh lord - has the summer gone fast by!

We´ve been busy with the works the whole summer providing festivals, playing out loud with fellow sounds and building the new rig - so not much activity here on social media while on the duties!

Happy to share that we are taking the boxes pon the rootikal duty once again in few weeks for a nice and cozy weekender in Hämeenlinna and Helsinki :

Selecting uplifting roots music with our beloved system as a part of Taiteiden yö / The Night of the Arts Hämeenlinna in the inner yard of Verkatehdas - right outside the mighty Suistoklubi from 6PM till 10PM!

Sound System Sundays is back to uplift the vibes at Teurastamo on the last Sunday of August!

Salamari Sound will be spinning the finest roots selections from the 60s to today – heavyweight tunes served with a laid-back touch, keeping the good energy flowing all day long under the summer sun.

Everyone welcome – good vibes guaranteed!

Thank you Ratapihan Reggae Karnevaalit 2025 and all the beautiful people making it happen!

Massive and humble thanks to everyone who attended – it was great to see so many joyful and smiling people enjoying the dance throughout the day.

Thanks to all the food stalls and cafes and other vendors as well for creating that true carnival vibe.

Special thanks to people who funded this one via Mesenaatti, let’s make this together an annual celebration of jubilation!
