Earlier this month, the Helsinki Flamenco Bienal team had the opportunity to visit the Biennale d’Art Flamenco at Chaillot - Théâtre National de la Danse in Paris. We enjoyed a carefully curated lineup featuring a dozen performances, along a variety of other activities as part of the Chaillot Expérience — an immersive approach that cleverly uses different theatre spaces, like the foyer, to really connect with the audience and go beyond the usual hall setting.
During the visit, we also had the chance to network with other flamenco professionals, exchanging ideas and insights that will benefit our labour in Finland.
