You want to find your network of professionals who know exactly what you are talking about and what you are challenged with?
I get it. Peer-support IS everything.
But if you genuinely want to grow, innovate, change things up, you need fresh perspectives, connections beyond your industry, and wider view.
This is kind of the basis of feminism too - women should have a seat at every table.
The siloed networks usually mean:
smaller,
more familiar,
more predictable,
more professionally acceptable.
Crush was never built to flatten ambition into one acceptable format. It’s not for one type of a woman and one type of a success format.
Some women come for business acceleration.
Others come because we talk about burnout, identity, female bodies, leadership, and belonging in the same room.
If we want change, we need an ecosystem where business and personal growth need to coexist, simultaneously.
And Crush is not really needed if we strive to do things like everyone else.
Crush is needed to push the tapestry of authentic perspectives and new ideas, and we need to start by accepting them within Crush itself.
What unites us is our values and mission, not that we are all the same.
