TANTRINEN PARIJOOGA / TA***IC COUPLE YOGA 🙏❤️🙏

Tule kokemaan ystäväsi tai rakastettusi kanssa parijoogan ihanat vaikutukset! Harjoitukset tehdään kehot yhteen kietoutuneena. Aistimme ovat avoinna tuntien toisen syvemmin, ilman sanoja, sydämestä sydämeen, yhdessä tasapainon pitäen. Rakastavaisille parijooga lisää vetovoimaa, uudistaa ja pitää suhteen täyteen ladattuna. Ystävyyssuhteessa se mahdollistaa syvän sielujen välisen yhteyden ja ymmärryksen.

In the Yoga for Couples workshop we learn classical asanas done in a couple. You don’t need any previous experience to participate. The classical Ta***ic couple asanas will make your energies circulate and will leave you feeling great and relaxed. We will do a deep relaxation in the end. You can come with your loved one or bring a friend. The class will be held in Finnish with translation to English.

RAKASTAVA KOSKETUS - Työpaja pareille! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Kaipaatteko suhteessanne syvempää yhteyttä? Haluatteko oppia luomaan välillenne enemmän hellyyttä, läheisyyttä ja rakkautta?

Rakastava, läsnä oleva kosketus auttaa tuomaan huomion tähän hetkeen. Huolet haihtuvat pois, euforinen hellyys täyttää sydämen ja pääset aidosti kosketuksiin sekä itsesi että rakkaasi kanssa. Tällaisen kosketuksen vaikutukset voivat olla hyvin voimallisia, jopa elämää mullistavia. Ylimääräiset “suojakuoret” sulavat pois ja kohtaatte toisenne aidosti, paljaina ja haavoittuvaisina. Suhteeseen avautuu uusi kommunikaation taso ja mahdolliset tunnetason haavat alkavat parantua.

Työpajassa harjoittelemme syvää, läsnäolevaa, kaunista ja rakastavaa kosketusta oman parin kanssa. Kosketus voi olla vaatteiden kanssa tai paljaalle iholle, pidämme kuitenkin vähintään alusvaatteet päällä.

OPETTAJAT:

Rosabelle Salonen on harjoittanut joogaa ja ta**raa vuodesta 2008 ja opettanut Nathalla vuodesta 2013 lähtien. Joogan ja ta**ran harjoittaminen on tuonut Rosabellen elämään valtavasti onnellisuutta, rakkautta ja kokonaisvaltaista hyvinvointia. Häntä inspiroi ta**ran elämänmyönteisyys ja feminiinisen energian kunnioittaminen, sekä mahdollisuus sisäiseen kasvuun jokaisen elämäntilanteen ja jokaisen kokemuksen kautta. Rosabelle opettaa ta**raa sydämestä ja omasta kokemuksestaan käsin, tavoitteenaan kehittyä jatkuvasti sekä harjoittajana että opettajana.

Honorat Mäkinen on opettanut joogaa sekä ta**raa viikottain vuodesta 2012. Ta**ran hän näkee ennen kaikkea sydämen avautumisen ja tietoisuuden polkuna, jossa itse matka on tärkeä ja palkitseva lopullisen päämäärän lisäksi. Ta**ra antaa meille jokaiselle oman tilanteemme mukaisesti niitä sisäisiä oivalluksia ja muutoksia, mitä tarvitsemme onnelliseen elämään, suunnan kuitenkin ollessa kaikilla sama: yhteys todelliseen Itseen ja sitä kautta jumalalliseen todellisuuteen.

Aurora has practised yoga and Ta**ra

discover the wise teachings of Ta**ra in daily
life. Her teaching style is playful, full of wisdom,
compassion, enthusiasm and deep love for the
Ta***ic tradition. She teaches courses in yoga,
Ta**ra, Ta**ra for women, and she arranges
different events, workshops, retreats and festivals
– mainly in Sweden but also internationally. Her
soul ambition in this life is to spread the message
of the transforming power of love, and to make
the teachings of wisdom accessible to as many
people as possible.

Morgan Arundel is passionate about teaching and inspiring others on their own journey of spiritual
awakening and transformation. A dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner of Ta**ra yoga for over
20 years, he has a unique ability to bring clarity to ancient teachings, combining his deep spiritual
knowledge with broad life experiences.

AMPLIFYING ABUNDANCE: A Ta***ic Perspective on Generating Plentitude in our Life 💐💐💐
- Seminar with exercise

There is a profound misunderstanding of the nature of the state of abundance, and this misunderstanding is one of several key reasons for the difficulty of experiencing abundance in the lives of many people.

In this seminar we will explore the ta***ic perspective about abundance, a perspective that is deeply holistic, harmonious, natural and balanced.
We will point out the unconscious attitudes which often keep us in a state of shortage or lack of resources, and will learn how to replace these with more harmonious conscious attitudes that facilitate a state of abundance.
We will also look into applying these notions in practice, plotting out how to apply them in our daily lives.

Arthur is a life coach and business consultant and teacher of ta**ra, meditation, and yoga with 20 years of teaching experience.

INSATIABLE INTIMACY - Workshop for couples and singles
❤️❤️❤️

Intimacy is a deep need of our souls which is common to all human beings. We all need to be profoundly connected to each other. Our ability to have intimate relationships is essential for our happiness, our health, our fulfilment and our quality of life.

Even though we all engage, more or less, in intimate relations, few know the keys for a truly profound and overwhelming state of intimacy, or how to open to intimacy at will, and not dependent on exterior factors that are out of our control. Even fewer get to discover quite how deep intimacy can go, how it leads to an overflowing state of fulfilment, a radiant state of happiness and joy, even ecstatic cosmic bliss.

In this talk with exercises, we will explore together the meaning and significance of Intimacy according to the Ta***ic path, as well as its principles, frequent obstacles that people meet and a variety of attitudes, methods and exercises to reach an insatiable state of intimacy.

This talk will be of great benefit for both couples and singles. The exercises would be adaptable for couple or single participants. The exercises do not involve nudity or intimate touch, but focus on the emotional intimacy, heart availability and empathic communication.

TEACHERS:

Minodora Blomgren & Arthur Lederer.

Arthur & Minodora are a loving Ta***ic couple of 14 years, with each having experience in Ta**ra for 24 years. They are experienced teachers of yoga, meditation and ta**ra, having taught classes, workshops, and even camps for couples in many countries.

They have built their relationship from the very beginning on the revolutionary ta***ic teachings of active love, transfiguration, erotic continence and the secrets of polarization.

Arthur & Minodora dedicate their relationship at every turn as a sacred place for transformation towards spiritual perfection – thus proving time after time that the relationship is a source of immense joy, love, happiness and growth beyond what they could have ever imagined.

Their wish is to help others learn these secret keys that have brought them so much happiness, to do their part in passing these teachings on to those people who would appreciate them and put them into practice.
