ciones, pretendemos fomentar el intercambio cultural y celebrar la cooperación y la amistad entre las culturas ucraniana y española. Queremos apoyar a Ucrania en estos tiempos difíciles y estamos recaudando fondos para dos organizaciones benéficas: 🐾Happy Paw (https://happypaw.ua/en/home) y 💉Ptahy (https://ptahy.vidchui.org/ennew/). Estas organizaciones trabajan incansablemente para ayudar a los animales y a las personas afectadas por la guerra en Ucrania.

Our festival is a volunteer-driven initiative dedicated to showcasing the richness and diversity of Ukrainian heritage. 🇺🇦 Through captivating exhibitions, immersive workshops, and engaging performances, we want to share Ukrainian culture and celebrate cooperation and friendship between Ukrainian and Spanish cultures. We want to support Ukraine in these difficult times and are raising funds for two charitable organizations: 🐾Happy Paw (https://happypaw.ua/en/home) and 💉Ptahy (https://ptahy.vidchui.org/ennew/). These organizations are working tirelessly to help animals and people affected by the war in Ukraine.

A wreath woven from flowers and herbs and decorated with bright ribbons is one of the oldest Ukrainian symbols. Ukrainian needlewoman and a real beauty sorceress Zoriana will share her weaving techniques and teach how to express your creativity in the form of handmade wreaths.

✨ Iana Klochkova is a talented artist from Dnipro, Ukraine🇺🇦 She now lives in Barcelona which she loves for its beauty and people.

Iana travels frequently and draws inspiration from new places, architecture, everyday life, habits and traditions.

In addition to painting, Iana is also a photographer: Street photography, portraits, architecture... she is interested in everything!

Throughout her life, she carries her love for Ukraine, its nature, folklore, art, literature, and music 💛💙

ACT.UA exhibition will feature three ORIGINAL artworks by Iana, that are part of the collective exhibition of Ukrainian contemporary artists “Perder a encontrar” 🎨
They will be available for purchase at a price of €130.

Meet the Multitalented Marvel: Andrii Antonovskyi "Batacat" 🎨✍️
Get ready to be dazzled by the boundless creativity of this Ukrainian artist and poet from Khmelnytskyi! Since moving to Catalonia, Andrii (aka "Batacat") has showcased his unique multidisciplinary talents across exhibits in Barcelona and beyond.

Among the individual and tandem works, we highlight: "Exitus Acta Probat" (Art Mirall Gallery, September 2006), "Sangre y Hígado" (Cultural Association "La Serilla", 2007); "Nadujittia" (Overuse) together with Volodymyr Bílyk, Bunkermuz Gallery (Ternopil, Ukraine, 2015); "De Retorta" and "Fetilleres" with Marta Darder (La Farmacia Art, 2021), etc.

His pieces have captivated collectors across the USA, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and more.

Experience Andrii’s singular vision that blurs the lines between fine art, poetry, and raw human expression at ACT.UA

✨Yevheniia Vynokurova, known as "Magister of Magic" is an illustrator from Kyiv, Ukraine, whose history and creativity are intertwined with the magic of imagination and art.

✨Yevheniia possesses a unique gift for imagination, creating a diverse array of beings and their wondrous worlds. She finds inspiration in naive art, which has gifted the world with works of sincere and pure expression. In her artistic endeavours, Yevheniia strives to convey the sincerity and purity of the soul, inspiring others through her work. Her illustrations carry a sense of magic, inviting viewers to look within themselves and discover their own world of fantasy.

✨ Additionally, she designs covers for music singles, creates posters, produces animated videos for musical bands, designs patterns for elite fabrics, and participates as a VJ with her own animations in various cities and countries across Europe.

✨Meet Oleksandr Prirva, a Ukrainian artist from Sumy, Ukraine.

The artist's creative path is formed in a spite of publicity, he works under different names and identifies himself as a multidisciplinary artist. Ecstatic practices are based on the study of composition as a way of perception. He works with political themes, revealing paradoxes, and the semantic components of countercultures.

ACT.UA exhibition will feature two artworks by Oleksandr Prirva, that are part of the collective exhibition of Ukrainian contemporary artists “Perder a encontrar” 🎨 They will be available for purchase at a price of €100 (each)

✨ Meet Ievgeniia Zhemchuzhnikov 🎨
An artist and designer from Lviv, Ukraine. In her works, she uses mixed and original techniques, stencil and experiments with collage and canvas printing.
🎓Ievgeniia got her degree in art at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Art. These days she lives and works in Tarifa, Spain 🌍

Her style can be described as mystical realism, with variants of symbolic minimalism, sometimes with elements of poster graphics, sometimes with folk naive art. Where she explores the facets of the real and the ideal, life and death, action and dreams. 🌀

Trying to find simple symbols and forms familiar to everyone in complex metaphysical philosophical meanings. And vice versa, to deconstruct seemingly simple and familiar concepts and images, finding deep cultural and archetypal roots in them.

Ievgeniia's paintings are included in private collections in Spain, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Switzerland and Poland 🌐🖼️

At the AST.UA festival, you'll be able to see Ievgeniia's artwork "Old Gods" which is a part of the collective exhibition of Ukrainian contemporary artists "Perder a encontrar" 🎨

This artwork tells about the inextricable link between generations and the combination of the past and the future⏳

The "Old Gods" will be available for purchase at our festival. In addition, the festival's branded merchandise with the artist's graphic works will be available.

Meet the Artist✨

Shamil Ptashenchuk (Sham) is a talented artist from Odesa, Ukraine, whose paintings you’ll see at the ACT.UA exhibition. He works in oil and acrylic painting, as well as in graphics and aerosol wall painting (mural, street art).

The original artworks of Shamil will be available for purchase at our exhibition:

🎨 Sculpture head, 2021.
Canvas, oil.
The portrait connects the images of ancient Greece and modern stylisation in painting. It is a symbolic work about the origin of evil and its weakness.
The price is 200€.

🎨 Head carved in stone, 2024.
Graphite (charcoal, pencil).
The symbolic work is done in an academic technique, which well emphasises the material from which this portrait is carved. This work shows the integrity and integrity of a person in the historical context, his formation and refinement.
Available for 150€

🎨 Part of the head of an ancient sculpture, 2024
Graphic (acrylic, pencil).
The ancient sculpture "The Goddess of the Sea", has passed through time and symbolises the indestructibility and invaluability of the heritage of past times and epochs.

He has a rare talent for transforming ordinary lines and patterns into extraordinary geometric wonderlands.
With his intricate ballpoint pen drawings, Istvan deconstructs everyday shapes and rebuilds them into mind-bending, repetitive compositions. His distinct style infuses simple forms with figurative elements.

The ACT.UA exhibition will feature six paintings by the artist, which will be available for purchase at a price of €60.

🇬🇧 Meet the artist Capturing the Soul of Womanhood ✨

🖌️ Tetiana Cherevan is a Ukrainian artist and a person of the world. She was born in Cherkasy, Ukraine where she went to university to study Culture and Art. Now she lives and works in Spain/Ukraine and Thailand.
🎨 In her art, Tatiana Cherevan prefers the images of women, exploring various aspects of women's life and self-identification. A woman is not only a symbol of life and faith, but also a practical and real being who faces various challenges, such as injustice, discrimination, violence, etc.

✨ In her works, she creates images of women with their dreams, imaginations and desires, and explores their psychology to recreate their essence in her works.
This allows for a deeper sense and understanding of the various aspects of women's experience and draws attention to the problems faced by women in the modern world.

Tatiana's original works "COURAGE" and "LOVE" will be available for purchase at a price of 500 € per each.

50% of the proceeds will be donated to charities in Ukraine.

🇺🇦 Тетяна Черевань – українська художниця та людина світу. Народилася в Черкасах, де і здобула освіту в галузі мистецтва. Зараз художниця живе та працює в Іспанії/Україні та Таїланді.

🎨 У своєму мистецтві Тетяна Черевань надає перевагу образам жінок, досліджуючи різні аспекти жіночого життя і самоідентифікації. Жінка - це не тільки символ життя і віри, але й практична і реальна істота, яка зіткнулася з різноманітними викликами, такими як несправедливість, дискримінація, насильство і таке інше.

✨ У її творах створюються образи жінок з їхніми мріями, уявами і бажаннями, а також досліджується їхня психологія, щоб відтворити їх сутність у своїх роботах.
Це дозволяє глибше відчути та розуміти різноманітні аспекти жіночого досвіду та привернути увагу до проблем, з якими стикаються жінки у сучасному світі.

На нашому фестивалі будуть представлені оригінальні роботи Тетяни “COURAGE” та “LOVE”, які можна буде придбати за ціною 500 €

🇬🇧 Meet the Rising Star: Liliia Akhmedova, a 25-year-old artist from Zhytomyr, Ukraine 👩‍🎨 If you are a fan of graphic art, you will definitely like her work.

Liliya's versatile skills include monotype, etching, watercolour and even impressive murals.
🖌️ Her love for linocut and printmaking blossomed in cosy studios on the roof of Lviv. Now Lilia is studying for her bachelor's degree at the prestigious NAOMA Academy in Kyiv, drawing inspiration from such iconic masters as Malevich and Kuindzhi, as well as from the vibrant street art scene.

Liliia's original works will be available for purchase at the ACT.UA art exhibition:

🎨 The artwork "Pressure" is made in the aquatint technique, and conveys the emotion of tension, internal discomfort and pressure from circumstances on a person (available at the price of 50€)

🎨 Linocut with Malevich is a homage to the artist who greatly inspired the author (available at the price of 60€)

🎨 The artwork “Outdoors” is one of Liliia’s monotype works that uses the concept of atypical Kyiv, the author's vision of this city, emotions and associations (available at the price of 75€)
