♟️🌍 The world’s best deaf chess players will meet in Roquetas de Mar!
We proudly present the official accommodation video for the
20th ICCD World Deaf Chess Championship – Roquetas de Mar 2026, which will take place from May 6 to May 15, 2026.
The Hotel Evenia Zoraida Garden will host the international deaf chess community, bringing together top deaf chess players from around the world in one of the most important events in international deaf chess.
The championship is locally organized by the Indalo Almería Deaf Sports Club, under the auspices of the ICCD (International Chess Committee of the Deaf).
This major international sporting event has the support of the City Council of Roquetas de Mar, the Government of Andalusia and the Provincial Council of Almería, with the collaboration of the Association of Deaf People of Almería, the Andalusian Federation of Sports for the Deaf, and the Spanish Association of Chess for the Deaf, as well as companies committed to sport and inclusion.
