Exploring Ibiza’s Coastline Aboard a Carbon Yacht Fleet. ⚓️

Well Deserved organized a carbon yacht cruise departing from Santa Eulalia with a fleet of four modern yachts as part of a full incentive last year.
The route was designed to explore some of Ibiza’s most beautiful stretches of coast, with scheduled stops in secluded bays known for calm waters and scenic surroundings.

Between the bays, the yachts carried out speed runs, adding a fun and energetic moment to the day and allowing guests to experience the performance of the carbon fleet.
During the stops, guests could swim, relax, and enjoy the comfort of the yachts.

A lunch catering service was prepared on board, making it possible to stay at sea, enjoy the yachts to the fullest, and create an elevated experience without interruption.
A balanced combination of exploration, relaxation, and playful moments — curated to showcase Ibiza from the water in an unforgettable way.

Scenic Drive Through Ibiza’s Secret Corners! 🌲🌊

Well Deserved created a personalized Jeep Wrangler adventure that brought guests from Cala Llonga into the natural soul of Ibiza, where a side of Ibiza got revealed that remains untouched by the usual paths.
Our team selected special viewpoints where guests could pause, take in the scenery, and listen as the guides shared fascinating stories about the island’s culture, landmarks, and hidden history.

The culmination of the journey was a cliffside restaurant, prepared in advance by our team to welcome guests with a scenic terrace lunch.
The sound of the waves below, the endless horizon ahead, and the relaxed island atmosphere created the perfect closing chapter to the experience.

A Bohemian Dream in Ibiza – When a Corporate Event Becomes a Hippie Festival! 💃

Set in the heart of nature, this experience was created to celebrate Ibiza’s free spirit in an authentic and immersive way.
Guests were welcomed into a local hippie market nestled in the garden, where handcrafted stands, a playful hippie photo call, hierbas tasting, and live drumming set the tone for a journey of interaction and discovery. Music filled the air, conversations flowed, and the atmosphere felt effortless, joyful, and alive.

As the day unfolded, drums guided everyone toward the pavilion, where a beautifully curated lunch became the next chapter of the story.

For this incentive group, we designed a seamless experience that combined Ibiza’s rugged landscapes with its crystal‑clear waters.
The journey began on land, cruising through the island in several jeeps, exploring hidden corners and scenic routes before enjoying a relaxed lunch at a local beachfront restaurant.

Team Adventure through Dalt Vila - Exploring Ibiza in the most interactive way! 🗺️

In June, we hosted a team-building experience for 60 guests with an iPad Treasure Hunt through the historic streets of Dalt Vila.
Equipped with iPads, they followed clues, solved fun challenges, and even joined a private musical surprise from a local performer along the way.

The treasure hunt ended on a sunny terrace overlooking the city – with laughter, celebrations, and a winners’ ceremony to crown the champions.
