No hay que excavar mucho para encontrarlos. Lejos de desaparecer, el contenido que creamos y compartimos en la red se acumula formando infinitas capas. lleva casi dos décadas documentándolas, y ahora nos propone recorrerlas con humor, celebración y una mirada crítica.

You don’t have to dig very deep to find them. Far from disappearing, everything we create and share online piles up, forming endless layers. has been documenting them for almost two decades, and now she invites us to walk through them with humour, celebration and a critical eye.

Un pequeño recuerdo de nuestro paso por Taiwán!

Hace un par de semanas tuvimos el placer de participar en el Future Art & Technology Salon organizado por el Ministerio de Cultura de Taiwán en Taipéi, donde presentamos nuestra plataforma junto a Marc Olivé (Mercat de les Flors), Akiko Takesh*ta (山口情報芸術センター［YCAM］) y seis increíbles grupos de artistas y laboratorios taiwaneses. Un encuentro internacional que explora las conexiones entre arte, ciencia y tecnología, y abre nuevas vías de colaboración entre artistas, instituciones culturales y centros de investigación.

Han sido unos días muy intensos y enriquecedores, compartiendo nuestro trabajo, intercambiando ideas y conociendo nuevas perspectivas sobre la creación artística y la innovación tecnológica.

🌐 Nos llevamos muchas ideas, nuevas conexiones y la inspiración de seguir explorando nuevos horizontes donde el arte y la tecnología se encuentran. 

Muchas gracias al Ministerio de Cultura de Taiwán y al Instituto de Investigación de Tecnología Industrial (ITRI) por invitarnos a formar parte de este evento y por la cálida acogida 💚

A little recap of our time in Taiwan!

A few days ago, we took part in the Future Art & Technology Salon, organised by Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture in Taipei, where we presented our platform alongside Marc Olivé (Mercat de les Flors), Akiko Takesh*ta (山口情報芸術センター［YCAM］) and six amazing Taiwanese artist groups and labs. The international gathering explores the connections between art, science and technology, creating new opportunities for collaboration between artists, cultural institutions and research centres.

It’s been a truly inspiring few days in Taiwan, sharing our work, exchanging ideas and discovering new perspectives at the intersection of art and technology.

🌐 We’re leaving with fresh ideas, new connections and plenty of inspiration to keep exploring the possibilities when art and technology come together. 

Many thanks to Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) for inviting us to be part of this gathering and for making us feel so welcome 💚

Hubo un tiempo en el que Internet era más espontáneo. Y más musical

Las páginas personales te recibían con una canción que nadie había pedido, los GIFs parpadeaban sin descanso y cualquier imagen podía mezclarse con multitud más.

Data Party recupera esa cara más lúdica de la red con varios videoclips realizados por Anne Horel: Chiwawa, Pschitt, On crame out, Clique sur moi e Is that AI? Una pista de baile improvisada en pleno Pozu Santa Bárbara.

Del pop más gamberro a la pregunta que hoy acompaña a cualquier imagen: ¿Esto es IA?
Spoiler: a veces sí y a veces no.

There was a time when the internet was more spontaneous. And a lot more musical.

Personal homepages greeted you with a song nobody had asked for, GIFs blinked away without pause, and any image could be mashed up with any other.

Data Party brings back that playful side of the web through the music videos directed by Anne Horel: Chiwawa, Pschitt, On crame out, Clique sur moi and Is that AI? An impromptu dancefloor in the middle of Pozu Santa Bárbara.

From the rowdiest end of pop to the question that follows every image around these days: is that AI?
Spoiler: sometimes yes, sometimes no.

☀️ The SOLAR FUTURES journey takes shape ☀️

Meet inference_commons, a digital installation by Romanian artist David Lazar David Lazãr — the first of three artworks to emerge from the SOLAR FUTURES residency programme.

🔥 What if computing had evolved less like a cloud and more like a campfire?

Inspired by the ancestral tradition of gathering around a fire to share stories, exchange knowledge and make decisions collectively, inference_commons takes the form of a screen-based installation, with screens arranged in a circle to evoke a communal gathering place.

Through this gesture, the work invites us to imagine a different relationship with the digital infrastructures that shape our lives.

Rather than distant, invisible systems controlled by someone else, computing becomes a shared resource: something local, tangible and collectively cared for.

💡For SOLAR FUTURES, imagining regenerative futures also means asking who controls the technologies we depend on, how their resources are governed, and how they might serve the common good.
