Dear friends,
As you can imagine, due to the worldwide Covid19 situation, we have taken the sad and frustrating decision to postpone the Take the "A" Train until May'21. As said in a previous post, we have been following the latest news and we have been waiting to see if there was any chance to celebrate it, but unfortunately, the emergency situation is getting worse and there is a lot of uncertainty for the coming months.
We could have postponed it later this year, but there are a lot of other festivals happening and we don't want to saturate the calendar.
We are now emotionally "digesting"/processing what it means not to be with all of you next May, and at the same time, we are dealing with the cancellation procedures. Therefore, all the registered dancers will receive an email with information regarding the refund policy during the coming days (be patient, please :))
Also, we want to say that we are very sorry for the ones that have booked accommodation and flights. We really hope you can get your money back without problems, but if there is any inconvenience and you think we can help out, please, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to give you a hand.
Everything is really weird lately, it doesn't feel real sometimes. We know, though, that everything will pass and better things will arrive. Yes, May'21 feels very far away, but we promise you that we will work even harder to make a great first edition next year, and then, everything will have been worth it.
