Delectro — Silent Suffering

“Silent Suffering” was born from a single take — a raw, uncorrected moment where rhythm, melody and vocals push against each other until they dissolve into pure tension.

The track blends the aggression of industrial music, the hypnotic energy of techno and the acidity of acid into a sound that feels both nostalgic and violent, designed for the body and the mind at the same time.

The entire sonic universe was built through hardware: the MPC One acting as the core for sequencing and composition while also delivering the emotional pad that wraps the atmosphere of the piece; the TD-3 injecting corrosive acid lines, the TR-6S driving the mechanical pulse and the Pro-1 adding texture and analog character. Within this architecture appears the “neutron” — an invisible transitional element that connects everything together.

Incubator emerges from the collaboration between Nightcrawler and Newborn Ghost, revealing itself as one of the most balanced tracks on the volume. The distinctive punch of the Catalan producer intertwines with the sensitivity of the vocals and subtly sinister melodic details.

Incubator was born from the idea that “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” — how we often walk in our parents’ shadows, and how difficult it can be to escape them.

“L’âme se dilue” — the soul dissolves — was conceived around atmospheric textures and noisy sound design, with the intention of creating a sense of gradual ascent.

The aim was to evoke something subtly esoteric, carrying a dreamlike, otherworldly dimension — perhaps less about peak-time energy and more about introspection.

It invites a more inward kind of listening, within a framework of EBM-infused electro breakbeat, grounding the track in a physical, body-focused assemblage while allowing the atmosphere to remain its core element.

Parisian artist with diverse influences, Studerkel draws inspiration from metal, dark disco or EBM to craft intense, atmospheric journeys. His sets explore worlds where melancholy meets cinematic aesthetics, weaving heavy rhythms, hypnotic basslines and evocative textures. Always balancing raw energy with emotional depth, he creates a soundscape that invites both body and mind to wander.
He is also a founding member of the Meteors Recordings label and part of the Punk Issues collective, where his artistic vision extends beyond the DJ booth into a broader creative movement.
