🌍 Origin: Las Brisas, Huila – Colombia
This microlot comes from the volcanic mountains of Huila, one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee regions. At 1,800–1,850 masl, the combination of volcanic soil, high altitude, and unique microclimate creates the perfect conditions for complex, sweet, and vibrant coffees.

👨‍🌾 The Producer – Brayan
Brayan is a third-generation coffee grower who has combined family tradition with innovation. At Finca Las Brisas, he leads experimental processes like anaerobic fermentation and carbonic maceration, always respecting sustainable practices. His work reflects the future of Colombian coffee: roots, innovation, and community leadership.
